we love seein’ how excited you all get over our delicious veggies!
 
we especially love the pictures that come in, highlighting the various ways that our customers use what we grow.
 
this is our tribute to all of those wonderful and beautiful creations — thank you so much for sharing!!!
 

gorgeous & tasty use of our spicy micro-greens:  green curry beet taco--roasted organic beets, bossy micro greens, bell peppers, green curry and thai basil on a toasted flour tortilla                   (so great, thanks gai gai thai)


 
 

simple & delicious....dino kale, tomatoes, sprouts, forest mushrooms, sunflower seeds, bossy dwarf sugar pea shoots, himalayan salt, and morning star cheddar (thanks much kendra!)


 
 

now that's a blt!  delicious bread from the salty tart, farm fresh eggs from callister farms, tomatoes & bacon from the produce exchange, and..... nutty sunflower shoots & dwarf sugar pea shoots from the bossy! (thanks sharon and kevin!)

good ol' comfort food here ... bourbon-marinated pork loin, roasted potatoes, and bossy's nutty sunflower shoots        (well done, mark!)
